Okay, I drank the smoothie. But it totally doesn't count. We said 2 weeks of no sugar globbed heart killing snacks and desserts, and this is a healthy supplement to any balanced diet. Actually, if you divide the amount of smoothie in my glass by the 1/3 cup of sugar distributed throughout the entire blender of smoothie, I really only ingested less sugar than what is in your chocolate soy milk.
