All I've ever pretended to know I learned from Target. And American Idol. And mermag. And What Not to Wear. And Gap ads. And Marshalls. And I like to throw in some Lana Lang from time to time.
I'm a well rounded learner, with an emphasis on versatility. I speak many languages.
I'm all about the flat. And the flower. $24.99
Zetta Tall Rain Boot in Purple. I'd wear these with a blue pleated skirt. And a yellow headband. And a pink umbrella; because it would be raining. $24.99.
Elani Demi Wedges in Red Patent.
I'd shave my legs for these. $22.99.
Elsa Slide Sandals in Pooter...I mean Pewter.
bring on the fuschia toeglaze. $13.99
yes please. $12.99
welcome back third grade. gotta have 'em. $19.99
And of course, my favorite, the flip flop. Which I still prefer to call a thong but do not as to avoid a nasty visual. {I rue the day the thong changed the life and style of comfortable summer footwear jargon as we know it. Knew it.}
Lizbeth Flip Flop in Black. $12.99

I love the blue ones. And the red. I have the yellow and they sure add an awesome punch of color and interest to ANY outfit.

yup. you opened my eyes to a whole new world... target clearance from home... i don't know why i haven't looked before... so, after one hour down the internet drain, i'm anxiously awaiting my new plum shoes, and yellow shoes and cute black dress... hmm. i NEEDED a new dress?! NEXT month i'm going to surprise Todd by keeping some extra in my account at the end of the month...
Goodness, I love Target. However, the shoe section can get me in trouble. Heck, the whole store can get me in trouble. Trouble with my bank account, that is. And to think I used to hate Target as a child. Even going so far as to scream "I hate Target. Target is yuck!" everytime my mom had to pick up something. (True story. Just ask my parents.)Yeah, I'm ashamend.
Colorful shoes are the BEST! Now I want to go shoe shopping!
Oh, Cally, love them.
I love the daisy on the flippers!
TARGET...... DROOOOOOOL........
I love the purple boots (and the blue pleated skirt and pink umbrella), I love the white third grade shoes, I love the yellow mary janes, I love the red ones and the blue ones...Oh! I need someone to give me money so I can shoe shopping! Also, I'm a what not to wear pupil too. They need to discover me!
I like the orange shoes! Or are they yellow? I like to add color to my normally drab and boring wardrobe with my shoes.
I am a recovering target-online-aholic. And I haven't been down that road since Christmas because it just isn't good for the credit card when I do. But I just had a relapse. But I only bought one pair of shoes. The yellow ones. I have "saved for later" 11 moore pairs. hmmmm. I really don't feel guilty either. Because I really needed some yellow shoes. Lucky number 58. I have no good explanation for why I have that many shoes. Except, I just need them. And I love them.
i stumbled across your blog today and i couldn't stop laughing. thanks for the entertainment.
Shoes oh yes!! My favorite section of Target and my husband's least!!
Wow. I know someone who bought those cute yellow shoes from a designer and they were MUCH pricier--nice deal shopping!
I, too, miss those carefree days of yesteryear when thongs were just thongs. I learned my lesson about calling them flip flops when I moved to California--way too many people there routinely wear BOTH, and there must be differentiation! I still think flip flop is too much of a mouthful though--surely there is a better term to match that laid-back, easy-to-please shoe?
I pick the red ones, they would look so nice on my feet. By the way, what happened to your music? I miss it.
I have a thing for shoes--I love em!! and these are some goodies!
I love those shoes--and the prices are right!!! Cute shoes can really set off an outfit. And I love the outfits Mermag posts on her blog --outfit of the day. WOW, how fun it would be to look/dress like that.
I love your imagination more than anything. Enjoy all your crazy shoes. I'm old now with bad veins and all I can safely wear are good support shoes. Ah, those were the days. Shoes WERE my favorite.
I love the yellow ones. I loved them in your last picture, but now I know where to get some of my own! Thanks!
